Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only, to addresses supported at checkout. International shipping is not available.

The price is $320 per vSeeBox V6 Plus, including applicable tax and standard shipping. No additional standard shipping charge is added at checkout.

In-stock new orders ship the same or next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping refers to handing the package to the carrier. Creating a label does not mean a package has shipped.

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. We do not guarantee a three-day arrival or another specific delivery date.

Tracking information is provided through our shipping partner. We will email your tracking number and available carrier details when supplied to us. If the carrier has not yet received the package, we will identify its status as “Label created.”

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you before that timeframe expires and offer the choice of accepting a revised timeframe or canceling for a full refund. If we cannot obtain the required consent to a delay, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order.

Please verify your address before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after carrier handoff.
