Manufacturer warranty

Manufacturer coverage is subject to its applicable terms and device eligibility. Contact Winfield Mon with your order number and device serial number for assistance identifying coverage and arranging service.

The manufacturer warranty is separate from our three-day change-of-mind return policy. Nothing in our policies limits applicable statutory consumer rights.

Replacement process

After assessing an issue and approving a replacement, we will explain the next steps, including whether a return or inspection is needed.

Replacement timing depends on product availability and any necessary inspection. The same- or next-business-day dispatch promise for new purchases does not apply to replacements.

We will provide an estimated replacement dispatch timeframe when available and notify you of material delays. We do not guarantee a replacement arrival date.

We will send tracking information once available from our shipping partner and identify whether the package is awaiting carrier handoff or has shipped.

If we cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer an appropriate alternative, including a refund where applicable.
